Our customers feedback is our best measure of our
performance, so here are some letters from our customers.
Sydney and Adelaide, Jack Russels- owned by
Dianne J. (South Brisbane)
"Sydney and Adelaide get so excited
when we turn into Bowhill Road. They seem so eager to get there.
When we pull up, they just want to get out of the car and go partying.
They don't even say goodbye to us. I don't know what magic you do,
but they are certainly captivated by it."
Snoopy - A beautiful quiet cat - owned by Daphne
L. (Sunnybank Hills)
"It's really sad the we outlive our
pets most of the time. Snoopy went to heaven last Thursday. Old
age and diabetes finally caught up with him. I can't thank you enough
for all the care you gave him on his stays, particularly when he
is diabetic. We always left him with you when we went on holidays,
but I thought our holiday time had come to an end when Snoopy got
diabetes. But when you said that he was now a 'special person',
and that the insulin injections were no problem, it really took
a load off my mind. Thanks for being so caring."
Ben - A lively cattle dog - owned by Ian L.
(Eight Mile Plains)
"I was a bit worried when I moved from
the country down here, and more worried about Ben, my cattle dog.
It would be a big change for him. Then work sent me interstate and
I had to board him. That was the last thing I wanted for him, but
it turned out great. I can trust you guys with my best mate anytime.
Thanks for taking the worry out of boarding.
